Description: This patient underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies for breast cancer and immediate reconstruction with DIEP flaps. Nipple reconstruction was performed as a second reconstructive stage followed ultimately by nipple-areolar micropigmentation (tattooing) in the office as the final reconstructive stage.
